Licensed by DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) Licensed to poses the necessary controlled substances of narcotics for the adequate training of drug detection dogs for Law Enforcement training and use. We do not count on the use of artificial scented materials alone but use the actual odors for more efficient training and testimonial and legal purposes. 

 

Licensed by ATF (Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms Administration) We are also licensed to poses the necessary low and high explosives for the adequate training of explosive detection dogs for Law Enforcement training and use. We do not count on the use of artificial scented materials alone but use the actual odors from countless substances used in the making of explosive devices. This creates a much more effectively trained dog for the detection of these substances and secures a stronger case during testimonial and legal situations. 

Licensed by the DEP (Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection) We have an approved storage facility on our training grounds for the storage of explosive materials for the training of detector dogs.

Pa. Act 120 (municipal police officers training act) certified since 1983 and a certified agent under Pa. Act 235 (lethal weapons training act) and licensed as a private investigator. Randy Kromer has been a police officer with the Borough of Slatington, Lehigh County since 1983 and attended the Allentown Police academy in 1985 and held office of class president. He is also certified under Pa Act 235 and is a member of a large private investigation firm in Northeastern Pa. and holds a rank as a Lieutenant and supervisor. Mr. Kromer is also POST certified by the State of Utah as a K-9 Unit administrator.
