About the Instructors: Your course instructor is Randy Kromer, owner and
president of Kromerhaus Kennels. He has been involved in this business full-time for 19
years. Randy has trained and instructed many students over the years in both obedience and
advanced levels of competition. Many of his students have earned working titles with their
dogs. He is an avid competitor in the Schutzhund sport. This course was designed by Randy
and he has put numerous students through it over the years. Many of these students have
gone on to successful careers in the dog training and boarding industry. Randy also runs
the Police K-9 Academy at Kromerhaus where police officers from all over the country have
attended to become K-9 handlers. Our other instructors have been trained through our
school. They are well qualified to instruct students. We bring in professionals whenever
necessary for specialized subject instruction, such as the health care subjects. We
constantly strive to stay abreast of advances in this field. For this reason, we
continuously attend seminars, buy instructional videos, books, and maintain subscriptions
to related publications. The business world is constantly changing, as is the dog training
profession. Therefore, it is important not only to us, but to you, the student, that we
stay current with the times. COST: The
cost of our five-week course is $5500.00 and the cost of the three-week Kennel Management
course is $4000.00.

One week introduction course: $1500.00
Condensed Three week course: $4000.00
Standard 5 week course: $5500.00
3 month apprentice course: $10,000.00
Your expenses would include your housing (approx. $50.00 per
night), meals, transportation and any equipment you choose to purchase from us while here.
We provide you with a notebook and a training leash. Also, we will
provide transportation daily from the motel and back if you need it. We will also pick you
up at our local airport and take you to the motel if necessary. Our local airport is
Lehigh Valley International (formerly ABE airport). The motel you will be staying at is a
Comfort Inn motel. It is approximately 2 miles from the kennel facility and it is a modern
and clean facility, located within walking distance of several restaurants and shopping
locations.
