Our methods are very progressive K-9 training methods.
Obedience Programs
Consultations:
Bring your dog in to meet the trainer. This allows the trainer to evaluate your
dog, discuss any obedience problems, and also help determine which obedience program will
best suit you and your dog.
Up to one hour free.
Puppy Kindergarten:
For puppies 8 weeks to 16 weeks. Start your puppy off right! This program
prepares your puppy for future training and good citizenship. The Puppy Kindergarten
teaches you how to properly communicate with and motivate your puppy, along with teaching
housebreaking techniques, guidance with destructive chewing, jumping, and many other
normal puppy problems.
Puppy Kindergarten consists of 4 private lessons and as many group lessons as necessary.
The cost of this program is $175.
Basic Program:
This program is for those who might be experiencing some problems with their dog,
or for those who just want a well-mannered dog. The basic program teaches the heel, sit
and stay commands and also includes problem areas such as jumping, digging, chewing, etc.
This level is for any breed of dogs, 4 months and older. Consists of 4 one-hour private
lessons and group lessons as needed.
The cost of the Basic Program is $275.00. Discount applies if you have graduated from
Puppy Kindergarten.
Graduate Program:
For those who would like to establish more control over their dogs, the Graduate
Program takes the Basic Program a couple of steps further. This program consists of six
one-hour private lessons and group lessons as needed.
The cost of the Graduate program is $350.00. Discount applies if you have graduated from
Puppy Kindergarten.
Inboard Training:
Let us do the hard part! We train the dog for you! The dog stays for two weeks
and learns everything in the Graduate Program, then is turned over to the owner. The owner
learns the commands and how to handle the dog through 4 private follow-up lessons. Group
lessons are included as needed. This program is for dogs of any age or breed. The price
includes the boarding, bath and training collar.
The cost of the Inboard Training Program is $600.00. Discount applies if you have
graduated from Puppy Kindergarten.
Advanced Program:
This program is for those who want to take their dog to a more advanced level. The Advanced program teaches everything from the Graduate level, but advances to
off-leash and agility exercises. This program is for dogs of any age or breed.
The cost of the Advanced Program is $600.00.
AKC Obedience Training:
Work towards and achieve AKC obedience titles. Prior obedience training is
required. For purebred AKC registered dogs only.
Cost of the AKC Obedience Program is $200.00 for full year
Home Personal Protection Training:
Free evaluation to determine if your dog qualifies. This program works up to the
Advanced Level in obedience and includes personal protection. Also includes home
security and liability consulting.
Cost of the Home Protection Program is:
a) $1500.00 with owner attending
b) $2200.00 for inboard training.
Refreshers:
This program is for graduates of the above programs that may want a tune-up or
just may need help with a problem area.
Private hourly refreshers - $45.00
Inboard refreshers - $200.00 a week plus boarding.
Staying Sharp Program: It's a fun
way to refresh you and your dog's obedience training. This program is only for those dogs that have graduated from a Kromerhaus training program. The lessons are held in a group format, Saturdays, (weather permitting) at 11:00 am
Pay per visit - $10.00
Pay ahead - 5 visits for $40
Advanced Training:
Learn off-leash advanced training. Must have completed the Graduate Obedience
Program. Program consists of 4 private lessons.
The cost of this program is $200.00
